Nature of the offering

Elebon is a private, non-commercial offering. The app is provided free of charge. There are no in-app purchases, no subscriptions and no advertising. No contracts are concluded through the app, and no goods or services are sold.

Liability for content

As a service provider I am responsible for my own content under general law. However, I am not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information, or to investigate circumstances that indicate unlawful activity. As soon as I become aware of a specific legal violation, I will remove the content in question without delay. Liability is only possible from the point at which I gain knowledge of a specific infringement.

Disclaimer

Elebon is a change calculator with a sales counter for fairs, stands and flea markets. It is not a cash register system within the meaning of the German Cash Register Security Ordinance (Kassensicherungsverordnung), has no certified technical security device (TSE) and does not replace any records required for tax purposes. Right to make changes

I expressly reserve the right to change, extend or delete parts of the offering or the offering as a whole without separate notice, or to discontinue publication temporarily or permanently.

Liability for links

This site contains links to external third-party websites whose content I have no influence over. I therefore cannot accept any liability for that external content. The respective provider or operator is always responsible for the content of the linked pages. The linked pages were checked for possible legal violations at the time of linking; no unlawful content was recognisable at that time. Permanent monitoring of the content of linked pages is not reasonable without concrete indications of an infringement. Upon becoming aware of legal violations, I will remove such links without delay.

The content I create, the app and these pages are subject to German copyright law. Reproduction, adaptation, distribution and any kind of exploitation beyond the limits of copyright require my written consent. Where content was not created by me, third-party copyrights are respected and such content is marked accordingly. Should you nevertheless become aware of a copyright infringement, please let me know. Upon becoming aware of legal violations, I will remove such content without delay.

Text and data mining within the meaning of § 44b UrhG is expressly not permitted.

The app uses no third-party libraries; it relies exclusively on Apple's system components (SwiftUI, Core Data, CloudKit).
